WING CHUNG DYMAMICS
Wing Chun Dynamics at Hagley Community Centre
Originally, to practice kung fu did not just mean to practice Chinese martial arts. Instead, it referred to the process of one’s training - the strengthening of the body and the mind, the learning and the perfection of one’s skills - rather than to what was being trained. It refers to excellence achieved through long practice in any endeavour.
In its essence Wing Chun Dynamics is a self-defence system, but through dedication and diligent training it can help the individual to master him or herself and strengthen both the body and the mind. To study kung-fu is ultimately to study and learn about oneself, and through that study the student will learn to develop and improve themselves, discovering their potential and harnessing their true nature.
Wing Chun is a logical, scientific, yet simple Chinese martial art system, which was developed for practical and effective self-defence. It is a result oriented martial art known for its efficiency and economy of movement based upon the natural body mechanics of the human muscular-skeletal framework. The Wing Chun system is suitable for men or women regardless of size or strength because it does not rely on physical force to overcome larger, stronger opponents.
Wing Chun Dynamics is a unique self defence system which helps to develop confidence, self-awareness and positive health training!
Classes are held on a Monday evening at the Community Centre.
