Friday 5 May: Messy Church - in St Saviour's Church Hall, 3.15-4.45 pm Craft activities, stories, food, play time – all children with a parent / carer are very welcome!

Friday 5 May – Sunday 21 May: 2017 Hagley Music Festival Flyers for this biennial event are available in all our churches. There are 12 events spread over 17 days. Performers include Emma Johnson (world-famous clarinet player performing "Clarinet Goes to Town"), Matt Davies (light piano classics with a cream tea), Ex Cathedra with Hagley Primary School, The Denner Ensemble (early music with a humorous twist), Birmingham Symphonic Winds, the Susaphonics (ukeleles), Thomas Trotter (Organ concert), students from Haybridge, the Roman Catholic High School and King Ed's, "Sounds of the 60s" and an opportunity to sing Mozart's Requiem and hear Andrew Downes' 2nd Symphony. Wednesday 10 May – a Coffee Morning in St John's, 10.30-11.45 am This is the first of this summer's monthly coffee mornings. Organ music from Michael Jones between 10.30 and 11.00 am, and an illustrated talk from Bryan Gall on "Talking Discs for the Blind" from 11.00 am. Free entry. Collection for charity.
